· Coaching Program Penny works both in-office and remotely to craft a plan for improvement and coach its implementation. Why do dental practices need coaching? · Mystery Shopping In dentistry, a simple phone call can hook—or lose—a potential client. With the Reed Limoli Group’s Mystery Shop, DDS®, you can evaluate your team’s customer service phone techniques quickly and effectively. Pretending to be a potential patient, we’ll call your practice. Then we’ll give you a report card as well as recorded samples of our calls. It’s a quick, easy way to find out what kind of impression your practice makes on callers.
